3. EPLAN Data Portal
We thank you for your active support in the further development of the concept for providing engineering data in the EPLAN Data Portal. Your feedback serves as the impetus for the manufacturers and EPLAN Software & Service to create device data relevant to the market in excellent quality together and to make these available to you.
In order to process your messages concerning parts queries and feedbacks on the device data, we forward your contact data that you entered when registering with the Data Portal on to the respective partner companies.
4. Right to information
On your written request we will be more than happy to inform you about the personal data about you that are stored.
Security information:
We strive to take all possible technical and organizational measures to store your personal data in such a manner that they are not accessible to third parties. However, complete data security cannot be ensured by us in the case of communication by e-mail. We therefore advise you to use postal mail for sensitive or confidential information.
